Are you kidding me?

Peri sighed softly, it was a slow afternoon at the center. She was about to see if she could leave when a teacher called for her. The teacher told her that she was going to start tutoring a older student. She was shocked when she saw it was Adam Copeland aka Westbrook High School's Resident Bad Boy.

Adam's sunglasses were sitting in his long blonde hair, his leather jacket slung over his shoulder. The tutor center wasn't really where he wanted to be, but it was better than being at home.

Peri walked up to Adam "Hello i'm Peri i'm going to be your tutor." she said softly.

"Adam," replied the blonde, looking down at the smaller girl.

Peri looked at the paper the teacher had given her "It sayes here your here for help with your creative writing class."

Adam nodded slowly. "Never was my strong point," Adam said.

Peri nodded, looking at Adam before looking back at her paper blushing softly "We should work out a schedule for your lessions."

"I can be here every afternoon, I don't really care," Adam said.

Peri nodded "I guess we can start today or tomorrow then." she said. Then she asked "Do you have the asignmentS you need to work on?"

Adam nodded and pulled out his binder. "Got 'em right here."

Peri nodded and moved to a table "Ok lets see what we need to work on." she said as she sat down.

Adam nodded and sat down across from her, setting his bag in the chair next to him.

Peri looked at the papers and sighed, then was a lot of work that need done. She glanced up at Adam before looking back at the papers quickly.

"I know," Adam said with a slight chuckle. "I suck."

"You kinda do." Peri said with a smile "But i think with a little work you'll get better."

Adam rarely smiled, but he couldn't help it. "If you say so," Adam said.

Peri smiled back and they started working. A hour later and they had made a little progress "Lets call it a day" Peri said as she streched.

Adam nodded. "Alright," replied the blonde. He stood up and packed his things. "See you tomorrow."

Peri nodded "See you." she said as she gathered her stuff up. She put her headphones in her ears as she started to walk home.

Adam slug his bag over his shoulder and walked out to his Harley for the long peaceful ride before he arrived at the hell he called home.

Peri walked into her house her parents ignoreing her as she headed up to her room. In her room she pulled out her art pad and started drawing, soon the picture complete.

Adam enjoyed the long peaceful ride home, but he could already hear his drunken father rambling on when he reached the doorstep.

Peri sighed as she was called down to dinner, as she eat dinner she listened to the lecture him father gave her every night, about how she need to get her head on straight and give up the art crap and think about her future. When dinner was done she ran back to her room, her sanctuary.

A few hours later Adam sat in the bathroom, tending to the new marks his father had left on him. This was just another day in the life of Adam Copeland.

The next Day peri smiled as she slipped out of the house, school had become her refuge. The day was going well she thought as she headed to school.
