Jay gently squeezed Angel's hand before he whimpered softly again.
Peri walked into the room "Adam." she called softly.

Angel rubbed circles on the back of Jay's hand. "It's alright now baby, you're safe now," Angel said gently.

Adam groaned and tried to roll toward the familiar voice in the door way. One eye was swollen shut so he couldn't see very well. "Peri?" Adam groaned softly.

Peri hurried over "Adam." she said softly gently taking his hand.
Jay whispered softly "I love you Angel."

Jay closed his eyes the pain meds starting to kick in.
Peri tried to give Adam a softly reasure smile but all she could do was cry softly, tears falling down is face. She hated seeing Adam like this,

Adam reached up and wiped a tear off Peri's cheek. "Hey now, don't go cryin' over me."

Jay nodded softly and soon he fell asleep.
"I hate seeing you hurt like this Adam." said Peri softly.
